Red Ribbon Planner is built around a single, uncompromising principle: the app does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything you create — tasks, time blocks, categories, schedules, notes, and habit entries — lives only on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, and nothing leaves your phone.
01Information We Collect
We collect nothing. There is no sign-up and no login, so we never ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. We gather no usage analytics, device identifiers, or behavioral data. The tasks, time blocks, categories, daily schedules, and personal notes you enter are stored exclusively on your device and are never seen by us.
02How We Use Information
Because we don't collect anything, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or sell. Every feature — building your day, organizing categories, tracking habits, and reviewing your rhythm — runs entirely on-device. Your planning data is never processed on our side, because it never reaches us in the first place.
03Data Storage
All app content is saved locally in your device's private storage. There is no cloud sync, no remote backup, and no transmission to any server we operate or to any third party. Your planner exists where you do — on the device in your hand.
04Third-Party Services
The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, no trackers, and no embedded marketing SDKs. We do not integrate outside services that could observe how you use the app or harvest your information.
05Data Security
Since your information never leaves your device, the most common avenues for data exposure simply don't apply. Your plans are protected by your device's own security and operating-system protections, with minimal external surface area and nothing for us to lose, leak, or mishandle.
06Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app gathers no data from any user at all, it is inherently compliant with COPPA and similar child-privacy regulations.
07Your Control
You hold complete control over everything you create. Edit or delete any task, block, or note at any time, and removing all of your data is as simple as deleting the app from your device. There are no online accounts to close and no server-side copies or backups to request — when the app is gone, so is the data.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to the app or changes in applicable law. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date above. Our core commitment — no collection, no storage, no transmission — will remain at the heart of how Red Ribbon Planner works.
